Collections Manager

KCCU has an immediate opportunity for a Collections Manager. In this position, the individual is responsible for the credit union’s collection activity. Duties include but are not limited to; supervising collections staff, working with members on payment arrangements on a variety of loans, analyzing delinquent loan activity, forecasting projected charge-offs, analyzing and making recommendations for changes with the collections program, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree in business administration, accounting or related field with at least one year previous experience. Five years of experience in a variety of skilled positions could substitute for a degree. Candidates must possess the demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work.
