Kellogg Community Credit Union is looking for a Part Time Operations Coordinator.

The Part Time Operations Coordinator role is a critical position for the organization. The Operations Coordinator assists the organization in achieving sales, service, and operational goals. This is a multi-functional position that will be involved in all aspects of electronic services and the growth of electronic services.   

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Manages Online Banking and web site forms as well as creates and implements member processes
  • Manages Remote Deposit Capture
  • Manages E-Sign and Enterprise
  • Manages Bill Pay
  • Manages Mobile App
  • Manages eDoc
  • Manages secure e-mail site
  • Manages Mobi Money
  • Manages vender relationships, new services, contracts, etc. as related to e-services
  • Manages trackers and contact us
  • Manages Mobile Wallet approvals and email notifications
  • Manages specialty accounts and IRAs
  • Provides informed, professional, and accurate service and support to all members
  • Provides backup to Operations Clerk
  • Keep management informed regarding operating issues affecting the department
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • One to three years similar or related experience
  • High school education, or GED
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences.
  • Professional and effective interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to build relationships.
